PMI Serbia Chapter invites you to a very interesting lecture “How to manage change through constructive team dynamics and organizational culture“, to be held by Milan Čabrić, Human Synergistics accredited consultant for organizational development, Business Coach and NLP trainer.
Through this interactive lecture, our goal is to understand how teams and organizations influence their own results through internal dynamics and organizational culture.
The lecture is available in two timeslots and two cities:
- Tuesday 25.02.2020 at 18h – Erste bank, Milutina Milankovića 3a (Sirius), Beograd
- Thursday 12.03.2020 at 18h – Erste bank, Bulevar oslobođenja 60, Novi Sad
