This event gives specific tips for launching your recovery project as fast as possible. All projects begin with identifying the stakeholders and identifying their requirements. This is relatively easy for projects driven by a purchase order but getting agreement often takes far more discussion and time when the project is not similar to previous practice. Covid-19 recovery projects belong to this second category and the stakeholders are likely to be found both inside and outside the company/ organization.
