Preparatory workshops
Preparatory workshops will be organized twice a year – there will be spring cycle and autumn cycle.
Every workshop cycle contains of 11 two-hour workshops
Workshops are free-of-charge for our Chapter members!
FIRST TWO WORKSHOPS ARE OPEN ALSO FOR
Knowledge areas
All 10 areas according to PMBOK® Guide – 6th Edition will be presented.
Q&A
All questions will be covered.

Related to the knowledge area, examples of exam questions included.

Lecturers and on-duty instructors must be PMP certified and members of the PMI Serbia Chapter, and participating in the workshops allows them to obtain a PDU
Lecturer
Duties
- Preparation of lectures and presentations
- Possible preparation of supporting materials in a specific area of expertise
- Arrival and presentation at the scheduled date and location
Benefits

Lecturer can apply for 5 PDUs per workshop

On-duty Instructor
Duties
- Familiarization with the presentation the lecturer gives and prepares for the eventual replacement of the lecturer (if prevented)
- Assist the lecturer in the questions of the workshop participants.
- Arrival and on-duty during the workshop on site
- Record attendance list of workshop participants on the given form
- Submission of attendance lists to the PMI Serbia Chapter Working Group for Certification Support
