About the Program

This program was prepared by the PMI Serbia Chapter in collaboration with expert and professional lecturers from prominent training centers, aiming to enhance the knowledge and experience of its members and those who may become members in the future.

The program is designed to provide experienced project managers with the opportunity to learn from certified trainers over a 7-month period, usually from October to May following year.

Participation is entirely voluntary and free of charge FOR MEMBERS of the PMI Serbia Chapter.

Participation for professionals who ARE NOT our members is also possible, at a cost of RSD 1,500. Please contact PMI Serbia Chapter for more details.

This is a completely unique program being organized for the first time in the last quarter of 2023.

  • Enhancing PM skills, broadening perspectives, and introducing new trends and strategies necessary for the advancement you aspire to achieve.

  • Help project professionals better understand the role of projects within a business environment - before projects, organizations conduct business analyses; afterward, projects are initiated and executed, delivering their outputs to specific business processes.

  • Expanding business contacts within an experienced project management community.

  • This program IS NOT an official training course for PMP exam preparation or any other PMI certification, nor a way to obtain a school diploma or job recommendation.

  • However, the goal of this program IS to assist and facilitate your pursuit of the objectives you’ve set for yourself in all the above-mentioned activities.
