Our lecturer is Principal of Scatterwork.com, a Swiss-based project consultancy, Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IET & IEI, with over four decades of Project Consulting and Academic Leadership experience.
The content of this webinar is focused on specific tips for getting agreement for the charter as quickly as possible, because of the urgency of the situation. Getting agreement for unique projects can waste a lot of critical time.
This event gives specific tips for launching your recovery project as fast as possible. All projects begin with identifying the stakeholders and identifying their requirements. This is relatively easy for projects driven by a purchase order but getting agreement often takes far more discussion and time when the project is not similar to previous practice. Covid-19 recovery projects belong to this second category and the stakeholders are likely to be found both inside and outside the company/ organization.
